GBP/USD can become bullish!

British Pound / U.S. Dollar

the GBP/USD is in a very interesting situation! we can see that there was a head and shoulder pattern which the market has broken the neckline and did the expected bearish movement and there is also a bearish pennant which means the bearish movement is getting stronger,how ever if you pay attention there is also a regular bullish divergence(+RD) on MACD which is pretty visiable and after Senate passes $1.9 trillion Covid relief bill, we should expect a bearish movement for USD in general ! GBP/USD in our opinion can start the bullish movement from here or at the support level shown in the picture!
