WELCOMED THE ARRIVAL OF THE NEW BULL MARKET (PART #2)

IF IT FALLS IT WILL RISE AGAIN
At this time we will enter the week of Sept 09, 2019 (plus minus 1 week) which is a very important week in my previous analysis, where the bears are expected to come in that week.

WILL THE BEARS COMES AND TAKE THE FIGHT WITH THE BULLS ?

Price movements for the time being are seen that are still struggling in the 2013 Turbulence Line which is the beginning where The Bear Market Began In 2013. Meanwhile, through The Main Chart Approach above, I see that The Trend Is Very Bullish. This is also indicated by the appearance of a Valid Bullish Flag Tilt Pattern, except if the Bear can close the price below $1480/70.

Through this Balanced Time Chart Approach (you can copy and paste this link into your browser : //s3.amazonaws.com/tradingview/snapshots/f/F0FOlxqe.png), I still have a bullish view with the target in Top #1 and Top #2, if the Bull can hold above $1480/70 until Sept 09, 2019 (plus 1 week), even if it falls below $1470, I will wait for the time to buy back.
