indostar cap fin

after listed this stock is continue making low and downtrend. it's 4 years of downtrend.
and now created inverted head and shoulder in weekly timeframe. and also i think now it created a base so maybe move possible in coming months...this stock is not short term stock.
and it's fundamentally not good stock.
