low-to-medium probability?

I bought in at 3.35 because of the breakout from the rectangular consolidation area, the general uptrend and a small increase in volume. I think that the best time to enter is supposed to be when the breakout closes 3% above the rectangle's top on heavier volume, and I didn't take the chance at the first pennant either - so I may be way too late but hopefully my cutout position near/under 3.10 won't be necessary. I remember checking out JASN's 'financials' data a few weeks back, positives and negatives there, they had a very happy conference call...
