KLV is fluctuating in the range of $0.034-0.042 so we can accumulate KLV at the bottom of $0.034 and expect it to be able to break through the $0.042 zone to continue to rise strongly to the $0.05 and $0.06 zones in this November. But if it loses the $0.034 zone, it will fall back to the $0.03 or even $0.026 zone by mid-November.
