Ltc Bear market over?

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the cryptos are in descent as of late. However, is this the end of the bearish trend and time for a move to higher levels again? The Dragon is clearly continuing to seek the oceans floor so the trend is down. However, the pitchforks indicate a strong level of support at the green upward slanted line, which has held it's ground for a while now. Look for a pierce of the Dragons Belly and support inside for a renewed move to the upside. If you are looking for a short position, trade the (red) downward pitchfork as the descent continues.
