The NASDAQ 100 (NAS100) is an index of the 100 largest non-financial companies listed on the NASDAQ exchange. It is heavily weighted in tech stocks like Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon.

2. Market Hours

The NAS100 is most active during U.S. market hours:
• Pre-market: 4:00 AM - 9:30 AM (EST)
• Regular trading: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM (EST)
• After-hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (EST)

3. Trading Strategies
• Trend Following: Trade in the direction of the trend using moving averages.
• Breakout Trading: Enter trades when the price breaks key support/resistance levels.
