NEO/BTC time to start scaling in

My last idea on NEO was for a 5%-10% quick scalp which we hit. This time around I am looking to scale in for a more longer term trade. NEO is a great project which is 80% from the top. We are forming a nice daily bullish divergence over a one month period. Longer over sold divergences is when I like to scale in or out. I think this is a good time to scale in and take a position.
