NEO bottom?

Is this the formation of HS? I also see early stages for a downward wedge for BTC. These two can coincide to suggest new lower lows. Your guess is good as mine. Hence I will refrain from entering with full commitment. I do believe when the bottom is near, you should wage both sides, possibility of going up (volatility) and down. Bet both ways as if your wrong and it does go down more, well how much more do you think before it goes up. As I suggested in the past, November is when I expect things to have the long term uptrend return.
