NIFTY has closed in a negative note today with more than 0.5% cut. Last day we planned to sell from 16100 if tested in the 1st 45 Min. It opened near 16120 above our sell level. As soon as it triggered our sell level and a 5 Min candle closed below. We got a smooth trendy move till 15950.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below 15950 we will sell for the target of 15890, 15850 and 15800.
On a flat opening if a 5/15 min candle closes above 16010. We will long for the target of 16070 and 16020.
In case we see a big gap down near 15800, we will plan for a long trade above the 1st 5 Min candle's high.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
