India , unlike its big brother, China does not receive as much international exposure and coverage as it should. But as traders, it is our job to sniff out the good opportunity.

Tomorrow, it is almost certain that RBI would cut its 6th interest rate by 25bp.

So, the stock market is pretty hard to collapse , at least not in the near future. Correction is expected but it merely halt to provide buying opportunity. I have listed 3 possible options though I hope to buy at lower price.

Nicely it falls to Option 2, hope those who took a short term sell make some good profits. I am still monitoring the price action these 2 days before initiating any position.

Please note that just because there is a support at 11800, it does not mean the price action has to obey this rule and rebound immediately and automatically. It could heads couple of points to hundreds of points down before rebound.....which means Option 3 is still possible. Be patient.

Congrats if u bought at 11800. If not, wait for it to break out of the resistance level at 12117 before buying.

Great, praise Lord, it does break out and is now retreating. Let's wait to see if it land nicely at 12,117.98 so that we can add this to our buy position.

With China slowing down and expecting to register a GDP of less than 6% next year, the next big giant that would propel forward with more than 7% growth in GDP is INDIA. Don't forget to put this in your watch list. We can expect some action post - Christmas.

This will be one of the index in my watchlist for Q2 2021. The recent ongoing fear about Covid-19 may lead to more shut downs again in India as it scrambles to assemble experts and solicit help from US on the vaccination challenges.
