Nifty: Moving like a tortoise...Will slow & steady win the race?

Nifty conquered previous top of 9119 in March 2017 and thereafter has taken 4 months to move 700 points - an average of 175 points a month or a tad lower than avg 2% a month....

Reminds me of story of race between tortoise & rabbit we all might have heard in our childhood...
