The sellers of far-out-of-the-money call options usually will buy shares of the stock in order to cover themselves in case the options eventually get exercised. That drives up the stock price. Plus, there are a lot of algorithms out there that buy or sell stocks based on what open options contracts imply about the market's expectations for a stock's future price. So buying out-of-the-money call options can also trigger those algorithms to buy, further driving up the price. YES, this same feedback loop will occur in my estimation once NOK surpasses $10 / share, the option writers (those who are on the other side of the call option) will have to start buying the underlying to hedge their position... this will create an immense feedback loop as option buyers are going to continue to buy OTM calls on NOK forcing the writers to hedge by buying the underlying .... there could be no end in this sort of feedback loopהערה

Due to mgmt undercutting 2021 Revenue and giving a low bar to surpass, this will take a little longer to play out. Mgmt was much too conservative today despite ending the year with terrific results and EUR2.5B which means they will reintroduce a dividend in the coming Q in 2021 and will attract a lot more capital... capital that require a dividend to invest like Pension Funds
