Markets can stay irrational for a long time, but I think, that nq won't cross 11k for now, so wait for a drop to pick up some nice longs, or you can try to short now 10700-11000 (risky, not reccomendation), moreover longs and shorts should be with low leverage, like 3x, may be 5x
