Powel pivot not happening so will rally retreat? QT, is this good or bad? Too confusing as analyst are Bearish and BTD's keep playing into the Whipsaw machine. This group has been wrong all year. Sell rallies after a stall with close stop over next few days.

Lift to 13246 is expected, The only rationale for daily moves is that "riggers" know what is ahead and try to lift things prior to the bad news or reality. This spins the investment community into a position that favors the Riggers, ahead of next move. I am not real sure what just pushed the NAZ up form 12135. The YTD low is expected to bounce, the 12135 is a Strong Short Target and an insult to any Bear minded trader. QT will be the next real problem, on top of all other current issues. These markets may not see previous ATH's for many months if not 1-2 years. The markets have a Long only bias as most products are "Long Only". This does not help when gaging the sentiment.

In todays 24 hour trading, the only selling is for maybe 30 minutes after the Open. After that it is mostly lift up/float up. 7 months of drop and 17 trading days of recent PA and we are not far from a 50% retracement (600 point away). Very similar to recent march run. Sell in May was back to normal this year, 1st time in 10 years. Probably because of QE (the10 year run). Congress taking some time off in August, expect some propping. September/October may be a retest or should be.
