PBR - MASSIVLEY UNDERVALUED - SELLING IS EXHAUSTED - ACCUMULATE

Petrobas is the Exxon Mobile of Latin America and although has political corruption , saddling debt , and hurt from falling oil prices...this stock is undervalued and historically oversold.

Expect a dramatic rip to the upside on any news of Brazil cleaning up their political machine and oil extending its rebound.

This stock , like most of these beaten down energy stocks , should be accumulated on pullbacks.

I believe $5 is strong support and have been buying at that level. I will be trimming on any move to the 10 dollar level and will then update my strategy on this position.
