Potential Bull Flag on Quant (QNT)

Potential bull flag on QNT. Measured move is the length of the flag pole which gives a target of the previous high. Price has found support on both the long term trend as well as the centre line of the descending channel. A break above the point of control (red line) will signal a bullish breakout of the pattern.
