Is QTUM a good entry now?

QTUM is looking similar to October times when we pumped 79% I can see a drop to the trend line then a possible pump depending on market conditions.

I’d set buy limits for $14.16 - $13.5 (don’t go all out) for extra safety wait for breakout and retest.
