RLC about to post 200% + Gains

16 ביולי 2019The RLC / USD pair (not tradeable) is about to break out from a large falling wedge after compressing down to a key support. The slow descent with declining volume would indicate that this is about to break up with force. Either enter on break upwards of wedge or retest of the wedge trendline if being more cautious.

This needs to be traded via the BTC pair but I will watch the USD pair for entry and exit
