SBILIFE : A sell-off is of high probability
Fundamentally there is not much reason for the sector to grow in the near future.
The overall valuation of the stock is high. Market share of the stock decreased from 14.5% to 6.69% over the last 5 years.
The stock don't have any moat since it is in a very competitive sector with stock competitors like LIC, BAJAJ Finserve, HDFC LIFE etc.
FIIs have large holding and if they start booking profits at these levels then that will lead to a steep crash.
