When I was still drinking coffee years back, I would miss our local coffee than Starbucks. But Starbucks served the majority of coffee drinkers who are used to its taste, ambience, food, etc. You get the same standard (more or less) in every country that has a Starbuck. That familiarity with customers breed loyalty and for rising middle income group, the ability to hang out at Starbucks is a status symbol of accepting western cultures.
So Starbucks may meet plateau in some developed countries but it will make up for its revenue and market share in many upcoming developing countries like China, Vietnam and many more.

Now that the working crowd are returning back to work in China though not in full force, do you think they will continue their drinking habits like coffee ?I think so 1000% being an ex coffee drinker. It is in your subconscious mind and you would follow the crowd during lunch time to go queue for a latte or something.
So the answer is pretty clear, time to get in before it goes up higher, ya ?
