Shiba forming an inverted cup and handle ?

I see on the 1H chart that shib is forming an inverted cup and handle and not sure what to feel , because it gets bought up in 0.000060 very quickly and led out of that zone , i'm thinking it may reverse up and fly away .SHIBUSDT
