Last time an issue over the U.S. presidential election results occured (in 2000, G.W. Bush vs Al Gore) S&P500 tanked by up to 10% in one month after discord over Florida's election results...
Thus, it's quite unlikely that today will be a quite day for US Stock Markets.
Major European Stock Index are already tanking by -1%.
