Will SPY be green next week? What do you think?

I have a lot of learning to do, but I believe practice makes perfect. My idea is that next will be green for the SPY. The only problem is, is that I don't know if I am using the right time frame. I am currently using a 30-minute time frame, I've noticed that some traders use the 4hr time frame. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I also noticed that the RSI shows that it is oversold. Which could also result in a dip?
