S&P 500 - Head and Shoulder Pattern - Confirm or Fail?

Looking like a big decision point about to happen. Will the S&P confirm the H&S pattern and see a significant correction in the next week or so, or will it break out for a run at the ATH?

2/24 and the fallout from Ukraine invasion has confirmed the H&S pattern. I am looking to see us close that gap into the 400 range before going long.
