SPY PNF 2008 REPEAT??

Not an expert on PNF but found the pattern very interesting. Would love input from anybody with PNF experience. The 2008 breakout occurred on the 13th box after initial ATH. From my calculation the 13th box seems to start or finish on March 25 2020? but this seems fast to me.
