The immediate resistance is around 0.23 area. If it breaks then we could expect to continue rally to .038 which is 38.2% of a Fibonacci level of a recent downward move. It's quite possible that we have already seen a low and new bullish wave would continue to new highs.

The breakout on STR is still valid. What we generally see is when prices started to turn it's not always a sharp turn. It finds the base and goes sideways. The sideways moment often take many participants out as it's boring however big moves do happen after such time hence patience is the key.Looks like it has found that base and started to turn again.
