URE Long (on retracement)

Very strong buying pressure (via the OBV). Fundamentals for Real Estate are strong for the first time since the bubble. Note that the MACD/RSI suggest that its becoming overbought, so it may be of benefit to wait for a brief retracement before entering a long position.
