US30 Intra-Week Analysis April 25th 2022
As expected we got the bullish push on us30 to retest the previous highs of 35400 area. Then as we priced in the IMF meeting discussing rate hikes we saw a huge 1500 pip bear run to 33600 breaking below the previous lows of 34200. Then with a retest of 33500 we failed to break lower creating an order block, consolidation zone and price came back up to slightly correcting the hawkish news and retest 34000. This week I'd expect to see us30 create a supply zone around 34200 picking up more sell orders and coming back to retest 33500, potentially breaking below to make its way to 33000. Historically the month of May tends be a very bearish month for us30 so look out for sells.
