Chart is marked up on 1H timeframe.
Steps on 15M timeframe
- Wait for the BREAK with price closes above/below the line for BUY/SELL
- Wait for the RETEST with price closes above/below the line for BUY/SELL.
- Then enter if price meets both conditions.

If the BREAK has open price is close to the line, ENTER on BREAK, aim for TP1 or 20PIPs. If it has RETEST, check condition above.
