Day Chart cycle timing : not right (240timing ok, but Dchart & H1 not right)
Level: not significant enough
MA: MA pockets clustered zone....usually bad entry timing!

RESHORT at next Day swing high, hopefully near end August, when dollar swing up and Oil continue it's uptrend.
