USD/CAD Possible Double Bottom, please comment your opinion

Here is my TA of USDCAD pair, I am trying to self educate and am publishing my opinion so people cam comment and maybe i can also learn a thing or two from the comments or just to see if other traders think its a good trade idea so any comment will be apreciated
