You can Wait for price to test 3.40248 support or just place entry order right away. take profit at 3.37800 level and make use of trailing stop. place your stop loss 10 to 20 pips above 3.40248 level.

Although long short for usdtry 2TP 3.44212 3TP 3.41689 and extention to 3.35960 level. since this pair is very bearish we might drop to weekly 61.8% TP 3.07029 level so make use of trailing stop.
NB: DON'T WORRY too much about NEWS. because the price action tend to remain the same following the overall trend.
