USLV - Buy the (HUGE) Dip?

USLV just took a nosedive in the afternoon after-hours. After looking at it's last few weeks, this might be a great time to jump in for a ride up.

WHAT "FAILURE"?

If you play out the chart, you'll see that the dip did continue downward a bit but then it ripped right back up to where I said it would go before falling off once again over several days. I'd call that a SUCCESS
