USO on an upward trend?

Thought USO might pull back end of last week but trended upwards. Looking at it now might be on track for some solid gains. let me know what yall think and your suggestions.

Just as a follow up I was not aware that USO was listed as a defendant on a class-action lawsuit filed on 6/19/2020 at 6:28pm so this whole idea could be null and void if everyone panic sells.
