USOIL is at a KEY LEVEL
Oil is at a very critical juncture. breaking the support line will lower the rate to 10.40$, but if it stays on the support line, the rate will rise to 26$, and if the resistance line breaks, it will rise to the rate of 30.50$ and the next target to the rate of 36$ .
