4 hour looks like it will bounce but I believe it will be a fake out with many accumulating to short to potentially $44 a barrel in 3 to 4 months projected.

factors include climate change awareness, potential tariffs, new tech energy.
only reason this is going up is due to the long awaited IPO that failed to gain foreign investor interest but still successful due to local investment.
