WTI Crude Oil - 4h chart down trend

I am a fairly new trader and have noticed that the markets been respecting this parallel down trend for a while now. I’m expecting it to head towards 70 - 75 before any up trend begins.

Let me know what you guys think or if you have any tips would appreciate it a lot.
