VALE Options Ahead of Earnings

Analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of VALE prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 12usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-6-21,
for a premium of approximately $0.79.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

VALE traded at $12.72 after earnings, and the Calls went up from $0.79 (when I wrote this article) to $0.98 at the close today (higher intraday), for about 25% gain!
