Mid term we are still bullish on vix, short term we just brok our last low which is an
indication of a "Trend change" from bullish to bearish on VIX. Breaking our 2ed RED
line and the channel is a confirmation of a trend change long term for bearish on VIX.
Which will give stock markets a probable new ATH, the only thing is holding all this
together is "Tapering" time/pace.
