VTC/BTC... 24000 in few days or 22000 in a week?

Hi everyone,
in the chart of VTC I have seen two possible scenarios...
- the first one... VTC continues to rise till 24000;
- the second one... after another test of resistance.. rise 22000;
Please, let me know what do u think.
