$WM +462% over the past 10 years - incredible run!

Waste Management had an incredible run in the past 10 years, however, it's showing signs of topping off and perhaps it's due for correction soon. If you look at recent price action, it's flat and at current dividend yield, it doesn't offer attractive returns on investment.
