Strong Demand zone, can gold stand?

I am not sure the Fed Monetary Policy Report.
But all we know that the XAU/USD has been beaten.
The current price action from 5 mins chart formed a triangle pattern.
To go LONG, we need to see a breakout from 1244.

Please note Ichimoku indicators parameter changed into 72, 144, 288 for 5 mins chart trading.
