GOLD: Both Scenarios Explained

In this video, I discussed the potential scenarios for GOLD.

If the price moves above the current top, caution is advised as it may test a strong zone near 2965. From this zone, GOLD could experience another false breakout. If this area holds, the price should continue to rise to 3000.

On the other hand, if the price remains below 2955, the odds of a downward movement will increase even more.

GOLD reached 2956 and suddenly reacted down as I had my doubts. The lowest price was reached at 2934.60 but it can move down more.

GOLD: As I explained in today's video analysis, the price had a chance to face strong resistance even near the top.
After gold reached 2956.2 and made another attempt to rise, it dropped to 2930.70
However, be careful as the pattern continues to develop further and anything can happen. So far we have reacted 3 times as we expected.

GOLD at a Crossroads

Over the past two weeks, I have been analyzing GOLD for signs of exhaustion. We observed two consecutive false breakouts at the top of the structure.

Yesterday, GOLD encountered a strong resistance zone near 2956, which pushed the price back down to the blue zone near 2923.50. This was one of the higher probability scenarios I had anticipated.

Currently, GOLD is in a strong zone again. The bullish trend may push GOLD up once more to 2956 or somewhere near that area, after which we will need to reevaluate our analysis.

A movement below the blue zone at 2916 should confirm the continuation of the bearish movement that began yesterday from the top near 2956.

Overall, GOLD is developing a complex scenario, which is why we are at a crossroads.
