c) IF BULLS MAKE A NEW HIGH A 2020 on Tuesday 12/28 ...
d) while it's STILL a short for 1935-1945-ish...
e) it leaves open one last miracle
f) the problem is bulls have to hit this pattern PERFECT PERFECT not screw up the 12/06 reversal setup
