Hidden bearish divergence on 4HR of XBTUSD?

30 במאי 2018Lower highs on price and higher highs on RSI! Bulls had tried but couldn't really carry the price above the previous high. Would this interpretation be correct? If so, we are going down again? Any comments are welcome.
