XRP - Will this week be the week for XRP?

XRP - Will this week be the week for XRP? Will XRP get clarity from the legal side? Will XRP just breakout anyway? I would only transfer using XRP if brokers open trading again. XRP is a sleeping GIANT! XLM will follow like a 'Mini Me'!
