Some time passed and now we can see more specifics on this chart. Starting at top (price 0,22500 - date: 2017-11-08) NOW we can see clear 5 wave move down as A. As we know after 5 wave move down we should expect to see correction consisting of 3 wave move up - what have just happened or not finished yet as a B. (we have room to 21.200 21.500 max). And next 5 wave diving as a C. So we should visit downward area. Ripple is ready to it's spectacular growth for long time but didn't because cheating people by MOON which is happening once a BIG time. This time gives us invitation to $0.17 in my opinion. MOON will happened but after breakout $0.28-$0.30. And till this time we are riding stormy cheatyy market maker waves, remember that.
