XRPUSD is a buy at 31 cents? Ripple making perfect Ripples

XRP has been following the Golden Ratio perfectly.
It topped at the 9.618 extension and pulled back.
Now it has returned to the Impulse for a test.
If it breaks below then Doom, but should bounce a bit.

every Move is born from Impulse, like a Pebble into Water.

Ripple still clinging to this ripple

Close up: trapped under the 3.618 ripple. This should drop at least to the 4.236, and it if that does not hold than the 4.618 next stop

under the microscope (5 min), this little bounce looks weak and/or about done. Bulls need to break 1.1618 extension asap.
