XRP on the way to breaking a new level of resistance?

Notice the negative trend line, it looks like XRP is on its way to breaking it,
If this trend line appears to be broken, the first range is expected to be 1.3952
And the second target is 1.5948
The reason I think so is that in the RSI buyers seem to be banding together for a massive buy,
Which led last time as I showed in the graph, to breaking two strong lines of resistance.
Even in the MACD index the kiss seems to be starting.
